We always enjoy receiving a new toy here at Thirsk Furniture so today we were delighted to take delivery of a new SCM Superset XL 5 sided planer. This is our third 5 sided planer in 10 years but we've now graduated to the biggest and heaviest in the market for our type of work so this should last us a while! From this machine we hope for improved consistency, less maintenance and a quicker run speed.
