Our monthly All-Staff meetings are evolving.
We still cover the essentials - company performance, new machine installs, thank you's, colleague recognitions and other company news —but we also like a bit of competition. This month we had our regular 6-team quiz, hosted by Gary, but also a BBQ cooked by our resident 'master chef' Chris (and we had a 100% survival rate).
We tried a darts contest last month, a BBQ this month... who knows what’s next?
